You will receive a refund if the goods you received do not meet the description or were not delivered within the period of the buyer’s protection. You will receive a refund within 15 days after reviewing your application.
1.Contact the Seller
Go to the history of orders and select a product. Discuss the problem with the seller and try to find a solution.
2. Apply for a Refund
If you cannot reach an agreement with the seller, just apply for a refund by opening a dispute on the order page. Do this within 15 days of receiving the order.
3. Receive Money within 15 Days
Most sellers will refund your money in 15 days. If this does not happen, contact Shopazam from the order details page to aggravate the dispute.
