You will receive a refund if the goods you received do not meet the description or were not delivered within the period of the buyer’s protection. You will receive a refund within 15 days after reviewing your application.

1.Contact Shopazam

Go to the history of orders and select a product. Discuss the problem with the Us and we will contact to a specific seller or distributor then try to find a solution.

2. Apply for a Refund

Just apply for a refund by opening a dispute on the order page or through email. Do this within 15 days of receiving the order.

3. Receive Money within 45 Days

Most distributors will refund your money in 30 days but we have kept maximum time limit of 45 days so that you will receive you money in a given time period. If this does not happen, contact Shopazam from the order details page to aggravate the dispute.
