All packages have specific tracking information.
You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into “My Account”. Click on ” My Order ” to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
We give you two options for shipping
1. Free shipping : Delivery within 30-40 working days after the order confirmation.
2. Standard Saving Shipping : Delivery with 15-20 working days after the order confirmation.
If the product is from the home country (Nepal) then the product will be delivered within 2 working days.
– The day we will attempt to deliver your order, we may notify you via an SMS or by Email. Additionally, we will call you if we are unable to locate your address.
– If the delivery happens to be on a holiday, the delivery will be made on the following day.
– Accurate delivery address and contact number should be provided to ensure timely receipt of your purchases.
– Delivery will be made to the specified address after order confirmation via phone call or email.
– A delivery receipt will be provided to the recipient. Please ensure that you sign a copy of the slip and provide it to us.
– The same products will be delivered as seen on the web-store and/ or on your monitor. However, it may vary slightly in appearance, size, design and color.
